thanks abedib for sharing your knowledge in PM. I need to have this skill now to help me manage my projects. Sometimes I just don't know to prioritise my work, as all works seems so important. tq

How do you priotise? Do work breakdown structure.From there,break into tasks or work packages. Then schedule into network diagram.
From there, do first thing first.

May I recommend you to read the books I list on the lefthand column of my blog.( Book #1 and #3).

I am now trying to do what is explain in book #1. I have read it up to chapter 2. :-P
will try harder to complete it. it's good for beginner like me..
