For almost a month during this Ramadhan,I took a holiday on my brisk walking/running and cycling.Even though I did not do much exercises, but I was watching my eating and diets.I am happy to note that I did have extra weight to shed away.At one time ,I was worried that my weight went down to 72kg but it moved back to 74kg as normal.
When it comes food,I prefer REAL food to those manufactured nutrients/supplements.My two years experience proved that I was right.To lose weight,I just eat less and keep doing my regular exercises that I enjoyed doing with my family members and friends.My target is 70kg but I am not pushing.Let it takes its time.I am quite happy with my BMI of 27.At my age of 58 years old,I think it is good enough.
InsyaAllah,I will re-start my exercise by my morning walk on Saturday 11th September,2010.On 12 and 13 September,I will be taking my son to my kampong to visit my mother and we plan to do walking/running on the beach .

How do you walk/run on the beach?Try zig-zag between the soft sand on the upper slopes and the the firm sand strip next to the water edge.Enjoy...
