A bicycle map is in the works to make Kuala Lumpur a cycle-able city.
WHAT makes a great cycling city? For starters, designated cycling lanes coupled with well-designed cycle routes. Slap on bike parking facilities and public infrastructure that allows easy bike transport, and you�re set to go.
But if your city has nada, what can you do?

This morning I got an alert from Nike running website that I have logged in 700km since I bought Nike shoes in March 2010.Prior to this I have been doing my weekend morning walks at KLCC since more than 10 years ago but it was a casual morning walk totalling 15km a month.Now,my monthly average is about twice that ~30 km because I have discovered more interesting trails in Putrajaya.
From my experience in the last 18 months,three factors that motivate me to keep walking 3 times a week:
