Be seen,please!

This is my first night ride at PCM way back in August,2008.Two friends escorted me all the way because I never ride more than 10km then and PCM ride was 24km.By the way,I was in the middle and wearing a white shirt and with proper lightings and wearing a helmet.

Lately,I saw many night riders at Putrajaya  who thought no accidents may befall upon them and ride 'naked'-no helmets,no brakes and no lights.This is a disaster waiting to happen.As parents,I won't let my kids ride that way.Not only that,some of these kids rode with no manners to other road users.

My wife and me walk here at least once a month.It is one of the top 3 locations where we love to walk and jog when we still can..

My trail today 29.05.2011

It was less than 4km walk but we walked up and down the hilly terrians and sweated like hell.At the peak,we stopped for a stretching exercise and again we felt great after the event.Now,I notice at least a dozen people came for this morning walk..

A few days ago I bought a pair of 3/4 trousers .It was on sale for half the price and it fits me when I tried at the shop.Sadly,when I used it for my brisk walking yesterday,I felt very unconfortable-it was the cutting!

A few weeks ago I was given a tight shirt for cycling.I tried to wear it but I felt very uncomfortable.It may look nice on someone but not on me.I prefer a loose and casual one..

At my age,comfort is number one,fashion and looking good is no 3.However, we should dress well at any time...

Next time,I must be more careful of my choice of trousers.

Want to be an explorer?

We need not  venture into The Sahara Desert or The Jungle of Amazon.Just take a rucksack with a camera,a notebook and a bottle of mineral water and go to FRIM-a jungle located less than 30 minutes drive from KLCC.Here is what I look like when when I was there  and discovered a used railway track in FRIM!Just look under my feet..

By the way,you can choose to be an explorer walking the back alleys of The Concrete Jungle of Kuala Lumpur.In my case,I spend most of  my weekends exploring The City in The Garden either on my two legs or two wheels ..

Walking is also cool;-)
