With roadies at Putrajaya
Fans of Cycling@Putrajaya
First,let me thank everyone who came to the first event orgainsed via The Fans of Cycling@Putrajaya{todate, we have 40 Fans}.I initiated this Facebook feature to get more people to cycle in groups to enjoy cycling in Putrajaya.I am very happy a similar initiative by my friend Kamarul Azan to get three familes with their kids to join his roadbike cycling around the city.My group went for a relaxed ride around the Core Island (15km) and later we cycled another 14.4km to Wetland.
No matter how good is the food,there is no fun eating alone.Similarly with cycling-we enjoy more cycling in a group of people we love to have around us.I started with small number of friends,then strangers become friends.From my experience at Putrajaya and FRIM,cyclists are mostly friendly people.
Below are my friends who joined me this Sunday.I hope to organise another one,next month for new comers to cycling at Putrajaya and new riders:

You are lucky!
The Pedestrian and the Cyclist
A pedestrian stepped off the curb and into the road without looking one day and promptly gets knocked flat by a passing cyclist.
"You were really lucky there," said the cyclist.
"What on earth are you talking about! That really hurt!" said the pedestrian, still on the pavement, rubbing his head.
"Well, usually I drive a bus!" the cyclist replied.

My friends and I will be riding at FRIM.RV at SK Kepong at 8am,insyaAllah.Wheels roll at 8:30am.Trail -Steroid Hill+ Sg Buloh Hospital.It is about 18km ride.Please bring enough water for 2 hrs of riding and some food if you easily get hungry.I do.

Regular morning walk
For the past two years,I have been doing quite a regular weekly cycling.Now,after a good sweating morning walk yesterday,I have discovered a new joy in walking.Yes, it iwas the sweating furiously that me felt really good after the event. Previously,I mostly walked at KLCC garden about once a week but it got boring as the years went by.Now,I am planning a morning walk for 2-3 days in a week[plus two days of weekend cycling} and the venue vary from time to time so that my walk will be more interesting and varied in term of ambience & terrain-[road,gravel and hilly].
I am looking forward to walk at Lake Garden,KL one fine day..Below are some nice shots of the places where I have walked before..
