The photo shows a little stream at the bottom a small waterfall in FRIM,Kepong,Malaysia.Thanks God, it is still flowing and no collapsed slopes.Otherwise, some culprits must be messing up things upstream.

When I was a kid, I never thought of where is the source of water and why it keeps flowing even without rains for months! All I wanted to do is just to jump into the water and have fun.Kids are just kids.Their business is to play.

Below is a short note I wrote in my first blog more than 10 years ago..

Water is the first commodity. If  you don't have it,it is the most precious of all commodities. It can be very hard and rigid when it turns into ice;it is very soft when it is normal. It does not even has it own shape, rather it will take the form of the  container it is in. Water is very humble for it finds its own level and flows to the lowest point in space. When it is in gaseous state,it is there but nobody realises its presence. However,when the conditions warrant it,it transforms itself into torrential rainfall that floods cities and villages.Nobody can stop it.Without water,nothing survives. That is the power of water..

Stopping any where..

Stopping for photography

When we are travelling on our bicycles,we can stop any where to take photos.This is what we did yesterday as a group of 5 men and one lady were trying to discovery the beautiful gardens around Putrajaya.There are a lot more that were hidden from if we just drive our cars around the Administrative centre of Malaysia.Going by bicycle give us the flexibility and abiltity to move around swiftly from place to place.As someone who loves photography of natural or mand-made landscape,I took my camera along when I do ride my bicycle.If I see what I like, I just stop,take out my compact Lumic TZ2 an shoot.Then, off I go cycling...

Since this is my first tour,I spent most time riding and not taking photos.To do justice,I need a few mornings to capture those beautiful landscapes and flowers...
