Toying with EeePC at Starbuck

After three months of using this little pc from asus,I have noticed that it follows me whenever I am on the go.Sometimes,what I think I would do did not work well with my life style.Being a lover of electronic gadgets( I have a few), I thought this electronic diary in my Treo 680 smartphone will work with me.In fact,I am more comfortable with a paper dairy in my moleskine planner! My PDA phone is more of my communication tools-calls,sms(text),email,twitters and blogging.At wi-fied locations, my EeePC takes over from my Treo 680.

My wife gave a weird smile when I kissed my Eeepc this morning.It is not that I love my EeePC more than my wife; but when it fell to the floor from the table(about 1 metre tall) ,and it is still working as if nothing had happened.

I am grateful to Allah swt for His Rahmah that my son Maher had arrived safely at Boston Airport about 7:30am.He left LAX at about 11pm.That is about 28 hrs ago.

Just came back KLIA to send off Maher to Boston.

On the way back,I took the route to LCCT ,met the first roundabout and then turned right at the next junction.Then,all the way to Putrajaya until I met the bridge with nice 4 pillars.Then ,go down and on the next Y-junction,turn left -allthe way to my home using E20.

Last day at KLCC

On 19th May,2008 ,my friend and me entered The Times Bookshop after our gathering among gadget lovers at RASA,KLCC.The sales girl told us that that day was the last day for The Times bookshop to be at KLCC.A big toy company is coming to take over the place.We were told to visit their newly opened outlet at Pavilion.It appears that only Kinokuniya can survive at KLCC.My old favourite Specialist Bookshop has also moved out a few years ago.

I am personally sad because as a member,I do get discount at The Times Bookshop but not as Kinokuniya.Here I come Pavilion...
