Last month,I was invited by my friend to attend his daughter wedding in a kampung near Port Klang.How do I go about getting the plan to get to a place I never heard and been there? So,I googled for it at Google map.Thank God,I found it the location but going there is another story..

I seldom go to Klang and got lost on my way to get to the main road leading to the kampung for the kenduri.Then,my wife reminded me to buy the GPS replacement unit.I lost my old GPSmap 60CSx about two months ago.

Two days ago, I got this cool device and I love it.It works better than my old gps device and it cost less.My only complaint is why we Malaysian have to pay twice(about USD 400) than what people in US need to pay?

School song

This posting is for my personal record.During my time during the late 60's,our school song is in Malay(Bahasa Melayu).Later on someone invented a new additional song  to sing at other social  functions.

If it is not for him reading his poem at Kata Suara at KLIBF yesterday,I wouldn't brave the thunder,the lightnings and the heavy rains.All my efforts were paid in full when I heard him reading his Soneta No 68.

Another interesting talent that I admired this great man is his beautiful meticulous sketches.From his artistic sketches I saw at Galeri Petronas,I noticed that he has the passion and the patience to create work of art.

To Sasterawan Negara Dato' Samad Said,I humbly took my "kopiah" to you.

Note: kopiah is a cap worn by muslims.

Lately,I noticed that my brain logic is slowing down.It must be due to aging process as I am already 55 years old.I can't prevent my body from getting weaker, but I will try to delay my brain from getting slower by giving it a few mental exercises with one sudoku puzzle a day.

There are so many sudoku books out there, but I picked this Penguin Pocket Sudoku,written by a young man from England,Mr David J. Bodycome.Why I chose this book are due to the author's reputation as game/puzzle consultant and  also to its size which I could easily keep it in my sling bag or pocket of my jacket.

My friend Ismail Omar is the Malaysian Sudoku President.He is also a member of MENSA.( I took the test but failed by 15 points).You are welcome to visit his blog here.
