It has been a while since we last met and today about a dozen of us managed to attend a gathering to share knowledge and get to know one another.

If my record is correct,this photo was taken in 2004.I love to see so many pillars to support the roof of the mosque.From structural engineering requirement, we could do with less pillars but it is more for esthetic reasons and may be to display the five pillars of Islam.

After taking this photo, I realised there is art and beauty in digital photography.It motivated me to explore further and today, I have two digital cameras-one is a compact Lumix FX8 and the other a DSLR Canon 400D.

A year ago, I joined the local Flickr group which we aptly called KLickr. Today, we are having a meeting to celebrate our 1st anniversary.Here is the link to selected photos for our slideshows today.

When it comes to writing my thoughts and feelings,I prefer the old fountain pen and papers. Beginning early last year, I started using moleskine notebooks for my business notetakings and personal journal.

However, if I need a longer notes and needed to transmit it  to a website or to someone,then my old palm portable keyboard is a convenient tool to use and then I can do remote wireless postings using my Treo680.

Some books do need a second reading,especially this one who was wriiten by the guru in its own field.I attended Prof John Kotter talk at Malaysian Institute of Management in 2004 and bought this book with his autograph.

If you wish to know more about what is change and how to go about leading the change in your organisation,I recommend this book.The same principles/methodologies can apply to others as well..
