The sifu is the young man in black and I am one of the older students squating on the floor following his instructions in learning to use our brand new iBook a few years ago. I started using Apple computer with a see through iMac.Then,I moved to iBook G3 and now I am using iBook G4. I love to have a G5 but it is beyond my reach.

DSLR:What is your choice?

It is always my dream to own one of these DSLR's. Since my Olympus Ultra750 went kaput almost a year, I have been using my compact Lumix FX8. So far, it has served me well.

After taking more than a thousand 'point and shoot' photographs, I began to appreciate the funs and the joys of taking good photographs.My circle of friends in photography expanded when I joined the group called KLickr- KL Flickr group. Many of them are using DSLR cameras.A few of them are professionals and I am just a novice.

Today,I have made my choice based on this recommedation. Hopefully,I will be using  DSLR before the end of this year or earlier.By the way,you are welcome to visit my Flickr album.

I like Paulo Coelho's analogy about our lives are just like the flowing river. Our souls are clean like water from the hilly sources, but as the water flows through river, the water gets dirty along the way to its final destination- the sea.

If you have only time to read one book this year,please read this one. The thoughts and reflections written by Paulo Coelho had given me deeper and wiser insights about our lives. I bought two copies-one for my sister and one for me.
