I always believe to start early and yet many a time I am late...There are so many hindrances in my way, some are created by me and some are by others..Whatever,I believe in the school of early start than late start. This phrase reminds me of project management. If I go for early start,I may have the 'float' but if I go for late, there is no float left unless I made an error in my duration estimate.
My blog today is not about project management but more about waking up early.Thank God I am a morning person.I wake up at 4:30am almost daily and I have at least one hour of quiet time for myself EVERYDAY of my life. Some of you may ask me how I manage to wake up that early and my answer is simple. No secret-just sleep early~10:30pm.
Here is the link to the benefits of waking up early:zenhabits.
"Many of us live our lives running behind time, but we only reach it when we die of a heart attack or in a car accident rushing to be on time. Others are so anxious of living the future that they forget to live the present, which is the only time that truly exists. We all have equal time throughout the world. No one has more or less. The difference lies in how each one of us does with our time. We need to live each moment. As John Lennon said, “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans”.Quoted.
