Let me share this note from Leo Babauta from his column on lessons learnt when he is 38 years old:
20. A good walk cures most problems. Want to lose weight and get fit? Walk. Want to enjoy life but spend less? Walk. Want to cure stress and clear your head? Walk. Want to meditate and live in the moment? Walk. Having trouble with a life or work problem? Walk, and your head gets clear.
It works for me and if you have not done it,please give it a try...By the way I walk about 2 or 3 times a week.Below is a shot of my walk with friends on World Walking Day at TTT,KL.
I also wanted to experience this one, but definitely I don't like walking into those polluted streets. Smoke belching vehicles are all around. But it's a good idea I think this one could help.
