Below is the latest report on my walk for this month.Walking is simple and easy, but to keep walking it needs a strong desire and reason.Today, I grinned from ear to ear when at last my weight had punched through 75kg barrier and has gone down to 74kg.What is so great about 1kg loss?Well,When I was almost 80kg two years ago,I managed to reduce to 75kg with in 18months and it remains there for the last six month.So today,I celebrated my 'success' with tuna salad at Delifrance;-)
To my friends who have not started walking,just get one good reason and Do IT!
