Owing to her heart problems,my mother has difficulties to walk longer distance.By the way she is 76 years old and had some fall injuries.Yesterday she took some courage to walk with me along PanTai Irama.I plan only to walk 200 metres and then sit with her watching the sun rise.Somehow,she picked some walking techniques I taught her and kept walking for more than 1km with a few stops.That was a great achievement at her age and health conditions. It was a great walk for her and a very memorable walk for a son and his mother along the beach.
On the way home,she asked me when will I take her again walking along Pantai Irama?

I think this is a very filial daughter, my mother would walk together, for older people, walking is indeed beneficial to health, took 1 hour a day if they can, to keep the body healthy.
