I have never ever walk more than 10km in one session for my morning exercise.But today, with Aliff,Nazley and his two sons,I managed to log 10.26km in 2hrs.I don't think I will be ever to make it 10km without their companionship.

Today,we started walking along Precinct 8 from Kelab Tasik and went up to see Istana Selangor.Later, we we walk to PM Residence and enjoyed our first bogwalk besides the lake.Nazley and me had decided to walk here every month.If you have not done so,please give it a try.

Yeah .... I like the route.

Really feel like going there again tomorrow with my kids. But I have a lunch meeting tomorrow and not sure if I have enough time to come back from Putrajaya to Ampang and get ready for the meeting
