I started writing my first entry in a cahier moleskine notebook on 15th January,2006.Over the years,I have used about 150mm(about 6 inches) tall of moleskine cahiers/notebooks.On my bookshelf,I have a stock of 6 blank notebooks for my future use.
One of the many lessons and usages of keeping a journal I had learnt is that it is a very good place to download my feelings when I am angry and sad.It is where I took time to reflect and connect with myself. It is a good 'vitamin' for my blood pressure to remain 120/80 all the time as I grow older..
By the way, if you wish to buy these cool moleskine notebooks, they are on special offers at Kinokuniya,KLCC as shown in the photo.
What is the best and the cheapest pen to use for your moleskine notebooks? After doing some unscientific trials and errors,I have discovered that Pilot G2 is the best gel ball point pen.For non-gel,I prefer Jetstream ballpen.Pilot G2 costs me RM4.90 each. That is why I have four of them here with different colours!
I mostly journal in my portable word processor, which is more organised and easier to read, but not as romantic as writing in a paper journal. I do have handwritten journal entries, but often not in the same journal!
