I took this photo on 2007:12:24 at 22:34:44 .It was a really very bright moon due to some astronomical special alignment between the earth,the moon and Mars.I read that this phenomena next occurrence will be in 2023.It appears as bright as my neighbour's lighted porch as seen at the bottom of the photo.
If you miss it,try tomorrow night.

Thanks for dropping by and for the comments. I started reading Coelho's work around a year ago. Borrowed "The Alchemist" from a friend. It was (still is) a little too philosophical for me to fully comprehend, but i did ok. ^_^. I like "Like The Flowing River" better. The stories are short and simple. I particularly love "God's Signs".
Nice shot of the moon, btw. I did something similar a few years back. I got the moon and mars but since i was using a low megapixel camera, the noise was unbelievable.

We've been admiring this bright full moon here in San Diego; memula last night... we went to see sunset at the famous La Jolla Cove, then tadi on our way back from the Seaworld.
Chomei sunggoh...
ps: according to 'moonsighting.com', it's only 98% full at the mo.

I did try to shoot a photo of the moon. My lens is not long enough to capture it the way I want it.

Ada EOS 400D buat apa simpan? Boleh ambil gambar bulan tu dengan lebih baik. Cari tripod yang baik satu.
Baru saja beli Nikon 40x beberapa hari yang lepas dengan standard lens (18-55mm). Mengidamkan lens sekitar 50mm - 300mm. 1st time guna kamera SLR, masih lagi sedang belajar.

Too bad I missed this bright moon phenomenon...
I did peek on the sky just now after reading your post but too bad the moon's way too shy. I do hope I'd be still live to experience it in 2023, when I'm 43!! Geez.
