Can someone tell me how to take the photo of the moon using ordinary digital camera? Thanks for your help.
Time flies so fast that we are almost in the middle of Ramadhan al-Mubarak.It is also time to check our ibadah scoreboard.I hope and pray my next half of Ramadhan will be better than my first half. All of us may not have achieved what we planned to do,but what really matters is the efforts we took and the patience we bear to do as much ibadah as we could.
When it comes to photography, I'm very much a beginner but I would suggest that you turn your flash-off and get as far away from any street lighting as possible. I think that you'll have to rest the camera on something solid as the exposure will be quite long and you'll need to make sure the camera doesn't move.
Google came up with:

I should of course add that it is only right and proper for you listen to Shooting at the Moon by Kevin Ayers and The Whole World on your iPod when undertaking such an endeavour.
Good luck with the moon spotting.

Alhamdulillah, the weather clears up suddenly during mid-eclipse from my home at Sri Damansara. Managed to capture some photos using my old Sony Mavica FD97. Check it out at www.falak-online.net
BTW, thanks to Abedid for refering to my website in your blog. The number of visitors shoot up astronomically yesterday! :-P
