While having afternoon tea with my wife yesterday at a cafe within a bookshop,I could not help but took this photo using my smart mobile phone. What captured my attention are the strong words from this Turkish proverb. Not to mention the hot coffee and cheese cake...
May I invite comments or explaination of the meanings of the proverb.
Have a good weekend.

We Turks have a common saying about coffee ''One neither desires coffee nor a coffeehouse. One desires to talk with others, coffee is but an excuse''
and real coffee lovers drink bitter coffee and its very dark and goes well with cigarette. To understand if it is as sweet as love you should drink it with the right people whom you enjoy chatting with .

IMHO,the words hell, death and love are the nouns used to express the characteristics of the coffee.
Elera:
I agree with you-it is the conversation that really matters.Coffee is the short intermissions that act as lubricant.Of course good coffee, plus some delicious cakes and the right company make it livelier..
