Mmm ... Guessing. Is this the bridge near Masjid Putrajaya? Then those many columns can be explained by the need to support the LRT tracks as well as the road deck above it.

The bridge is Jambatan Gemilang-near PICC.Btw,our gang of cyclists had cycled INSIDE the one you mentioned.
