Assalamualaikum. Abedib, I would also like to wish you and all readers of this blog SELAMAT MENYAMBUT RAMADHAN AL-MUBARAK & SELAMAT BERPUASA. May we strive earnestly to perform better in this Ramadhan, and may Allah accept all our 'amal & repentance, Insya Allah. FYI, here in Sheffield, we will also be observing the start of Ramadhan on Monday, 27 October 2003. Wassallam.

This picture takes me home instantly. I've stopped there many, many times. Such a peaceful place and, like you, I also saw some resonance between those pillars and the palm trees...

truly this ramadhan is going to be the most remembered ramadhan.. may Allah give me His blessing throughout this mubarak month..
